The Package price for Delegates includes:
- Two nights with breakfast for a person accommodated in Hilton Hotel, respectively in single/double room for the period 10-12 October 2014;
- Printed materials of the Congress;
- Access to the exhibition area;
- Participation in the scientific sessions of the Congress;
- Invitation to the Welcome Cocktail Reception on 10th October 2014;
- Coffee breaks;
- Invitation to the Official Dinner on 11th October 2014;
- Certificate for participation.

* The prices are inclusive of VAT, according to the Bulgarian VAT law.
Important information: All participants in the Balkan Congress (doctors, company representatives, accompanying persons), should request hotel accommodation in advance.
The company is not responsible, in case there are no rooms available in the hotel at the time of arrival and registration on spot.CONFIRMATION, CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
The confirmation is due in 3 working days from the application date. In case you do not receive your confirmation in the stated period, please contact the Company – Organizer on tel: ++359 2 931 11 17 or mobile: ++ 359 882 44 35 70 – Mrs. Temenuga Borisova.
All reservations will be valid for 5 working days, during which period the actual payment should be made. If not the reservation will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.
Upon cancellation of hotel accommodation or / and registration fee before July 02, 2014, the full amount of the payment shall be reimbursed. Upon partial or full cancellations, or changes made after July 03, 2014 – no amount will be reimbursed.
Bank transfer tax of 10 EUR will apply additionally for all payments. All bank charges for the bank transfer should be on behalf of the sender.
