17^th Conference of BAAST and 14^th Symposium of BOTA will be held in Admiral Congress center, Golden Sands from 16^th till 18^th of May 2024. 

The meeting will be held under the patronage of ESSKA and will be part of EFORT.

• Early registration of delegates at the Conference - by March 20, 2024;
• Later registration of delegates at the Conference - March 21, 2024 to May 13, 2024
• Registration after May 13, 2024 and on spot;
• Welcome Reception - May 16, 2024 - 20:00 - Main restaurant, Admiral Hotel Golden Sands;
• Opening of the Conference - 17 May 2024 - 08:30 - Admiral Congress center, Golden Sands;
• Gala dinner - 17 May 2024 - 19:30 - Main restaurant, Admiral Hotel Golden Sands

 

5. Official language of the Conference:

Bulgarian and English language.

 

6. Participation with report:

• Deadline for submitting a request to participate with a report - by March 20, 2024 at e-mail: varnameeting@gmail.com;
• Confirmation by the Organizing Committee for accepted participation in the Scientific Program - by April 05, 2024;

Note: Papers included in the Conference's scientific program will be presented within 10 minutes.

Please, enter your information (telephones and / or e-email) as well as the necessary data (bussiness or personal) for issuing an invoice.
All participants of the Conference are desirable to declare and pay their participation preferentially at the preferential prices of the organizing company.
The registration of the participants on site at Admiral Congress center for the receipt of all materials and hotel accommodation will begin on May 16, 2024 at the Registration Desk of WASTEELS.

9. Payment and cancellation:

All booking requests are valid for 5 business days during which the actual payment should be made. Failure to comply with this condition will void the reservation without notice from the organizer.
Upon request for cancellations of hotel accommodation and / or registration fee up to April 01, 2024 inclusive, the full amount of the payment will be refunded. With partial or complete cancellations from April 02, 2024, amounts are not refunded.

Bank transfer tax of 10.00 EUR will apply for non-EU contries for all payments. All bank charges for the bank transfer should be on behalf of the sender.
