    6. REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE SCIENTIFIC PROGRAMME - PUBLICATIONS AND POSTERS:

    Requirements for abstracts:

    Abstracts must be sent as Microsoft Word file attachement (max. 300 words), posters as Power Point file attachement, by e-mail to: irendreaming@gmail.com; m_yunakova@yahoo.com. Abstracts should contain a title, author names, institution, country and address for correspondence. They should have the following sections: objectives, materials and methods, results and conclusions, but without figures and tables. Approved participants for poster or presentation will be informed within 2 weeks by the e-mail address the relevant documents were sent. Abstracts and posters must be presented in Bulgarian and English.

    All booking requests are valid for 5 business days during which the actual payment should be made. Failure to comply with this condition will void the reservation without notice from the organizer.
    Upon request for cancellations of hotel accommodation and / or registration fee up to February 20, 2025 inclusive, the full amount of the payment is refundable. For partial or complete cancellations from February 21, 2025, amounts are not refundable.

    Bank transfer tax of 10.00 EUR will be applied for non-EU contries for all payments, higher than 100 EUR. For payments less than 100 EUR, bank transfer tax will not be applied. All bank charges for the bank transfer should be on behalf of the sender.
