Conditions for participation

1. Registration fee:

* The prices are inclusive of VAT, according to the Bulgarian VAT low.

The Registration fee for Delegates includes:

• Printed materials of the Congress;
• Access to the exhibition area;
• Certificate with credit points;
• Participation in the scientific sessions of the Congress;
• Invitation to the Welcome Cocktail Reception on 7th November 2013;
• Coffee breaks;
• Official dinner on 9th November 2013.

The registration fee for Accompanying persons includes:

• Invitation to the Welcome Cocktail Reception on 7th November 2013;
• Official dinner on 9th November 2013.

2. Participation with oral presentation or poster:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE AUTHORS:

1. The Abstracts should be written in English and should not exceed more than 250 words;
2. The Abstract should be structured in 4 parts:
   (I.) Purpose, (II.) Materials and Methods, (III.) Results, (IV.) Conclusion;
3. The title of the Abstract should comply with its content and should be written in CAPPITAL LETTERS, in Times New Roman style, size 12. No abbreviations are allowed;
4. The names of the authors should be written below the title of the Abstract and the name of the person that will present the Abstract as oral presentation on the Congress should be underlined;
5. The name of the Institution should be written below the names of the authors;
6. The poster should be with the following dimensions: width -80 cm; length – 120 cm.

3. Accreditation of the Congress:

All Congress participants will be granted a Certificate with credit points (for attendance, for oral presentation and for poster) from the Bulgarian Medical Association. The amount of the credit points, received for the participation in a Medical Event is subject to its Scientific program.

4. Hotel accommodation: prices per person per night (inclusive of breakfast) for accommodation in single or double room

NB: Additional payment in Interhotel Sandanski:

• Single room LUX – 6 EUR per person per day
• Double room LUX – 4 EUR per person per day

All reservations will be valid for 5 working days, during which period the actual payment should be made. If not the reservation will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.

Upon cancellation of hotel accommodation or / and registration fee before October 10, 2013, 2013, the full amount of the payment shall be reimbursed. Upon partial or full cancellations, or changes made after October 11, 2013 – no amount will be reimbursed.

Bank transfer tax of 10 EUR will apply additionally for all payments.

All bank charges for the bank transfer should be on behalf of the sender.
