The 8th Congress of Pharmacy with International Participation will be held in Borovets, Bulgaria, Hotel Rila, from 27th till 30th of April 2023.

 6. PARTICIPATION WITH ABSTRACTS:
Deadline for submitting abstracts for oral presentation or poster via e-mail: January 30, 2023

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, being selected for oral presentations or posters. Authors will receive confirmation whether the abstract has been accepted for oral presentation or poster by e-mail to the e-mail address from which it was sent by February 15, 2023.

 7. ACCREDITATION: 

All participants in the 8th Congress of Pharmacy with International Participation will be granted with a Certificate of attendance.

 8. OFFICIAL LANGUAGE OF THE CONGRESS:

Bulgarian language and English language. No simultaneous translation will be provided.

ИНСТРУКЦИИ ЗА АВТОРИ

  • Резюмето не трябва да надхвърля повече от 250 думи.
  • Резюметата трябва да бъдат съставени на български език и на английски език.
  • Резюметата трябва да бъдат структурирани в 4 части: (I.) Цел на изследването, (II.) Материали и методи, (III.) Резултати, (IV.) Заключение
  • Заглавието трябва да показва съдържанието на резюмето и да бъде изписано с ГЛАВНИ БУКВИ, с шрифт Times New Roman и размер на буквите 12.
  • Избягвайте използването на съкращения в заглавието.
  • За думи, които са съкратени, използвайте пълното наименование при употребата им първия път, последвано от стандартното съкращение в скоби.
  • Моля под заглавието да изпишете името или имената на авторите. Под тях, моля да изпишете наименованието на институцията.
  • Всички изпратени резюмета ще бъдат разгледани от Научния комитет, като бъдат селектирани за устни презентации или постери. Авторите ще получат потвърждение, дали резюмето е прието за устна презентация или постер по e-mail.
  • Всички постери, одобрени за участие в Конгреса ще бъдат представени под формата на плакат с размери: ширина 80 см и височина 120 см, портретна ориентация.

Потвърждения на одобрените резюмета, които ще бъдат включени в научната програма, ще бъдат изпращани до първия автор на посочените от него e-mail адрес или номер, в срок до 15 февруари 2023 г.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE AUTHORS

  • The Abstracts should not exceed more than 250 words;
  • The Abstracts should be written in Bulgarian and English language;
  • The Abstracts must be structured in 4 parts: (I.) The aim of the study, (II.) Materials and methods, (III.) Results, (IV.) Conclusion
  • The title of the Abstract should comply with its content and should be written in CAPITAL LETTERS, in Times New Roman font and font size 12.
  • Avoid using abbreviations in the title.
  • Abbreviations should be defined. For words that are abbreviated, use the full name the first time they are used, followed by the standard abbreviation parentheses.
  • The author's name should be written as follows: family name first, followed by the initials of the given name (e.g. Petrov P.)
  • The name of the Institution should be written below the names of the authors - in the order - clinic, hospital, city, country.
  • All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and selected for oral presentations or posters. The authors will receive a notification from the Scientific committee if their abstracts are accepted as an oral presentation or poster. They will be notified via the e-mail.
  • The posters should be prepared in advance and presented in the Congress on paper, Portrait Layout, with the following dimensions: height 120 cm, width 80 cm.

Confirmation for accepted abstracts will be send to the Lead author of the research via e-mail till
February 15, 2023.
