The Package price for Delegates includes:
- Two nights with breakfast for a person accommodated in Hilton Hotel, respectively in single/double room for the period 10-12 October 2014;
- Printed materials of the Congress;
- Access to the exhibition area;
- Participation in the scientific sessions of the Congress;
- Invitation to the Welcome Cocktail Reception on 10th October 2014;
- Invitation to the Official Dinner on 11th October 2014;
- Certificate for participation.
2. Accreditation:
All participants in the 5th Balkan Congress of Arthroscopy, Sport Traumatology and Knee Surgery will be granted a Certificate for participation.

All reservations will be valid for 5 working days, during which period the actual payment should be made. If not the reservation will be automatically cancelled without prior notice. Upon cancellation of hotel accommodation or / and registration fee before July 02, 2014, the full amount of the payment shall be reimbursed. Upon partial or full cancellations, or changes made after July 03, 2014 – no amount will be reimbursed. Bank transfer tax of 10 EUR will apply additionally for all payments. All bank charges for the bank transfer should be on behalf of the sender.
